Squash Pie

  • 2 cups squash
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 TB flour
  • 2 cups milk (part canned is good)
  • 12 tsp. cinnamon
  • 14 tsp. nutmeg
  • 14 tsp. salt

Mix in blender, bake in unbaked pie crusts at 350° F or 180° C for 35 minutes or until it doesn't wiggle in the middle. Makes two pies.

Note: Heat squash & milk together. You can buy canned pumpkin but if you want squash you will have to cook your own in microwave or cooker. This is a much milder recipe than on the can.
